On July 25 2019, a Taliban suicide bomber in a car targeted NATO forces in the Tarkhelo area of PD15 in Kabul city. Taliban claimed 9, all CIA officers in 2 vehicles, were killed and wounded; however, NATO told AP that their forces were not in the scene and these fatalities were not confirmed by international sources. Only the bomber coded as a fatality. SVBIED
