On 18 July 2023, overnight, Israeli airstrikes targeted pro-Iranian militia including Hezbollah and regime-affiliated 4th armored division military positions at an airport near Dimas airport and Al Sabboura area in rural Damascus with rockets, killing two non-Syrian pro-Iranian militia members, a regime soldier, injuring four others and causing material damage. Three fatalities evenly split between Qodsayya, Al Sabboura and Dimas. 1 fatality.
