On 18 July 2023, in Magway town of Magway township (Magway district, Magway region), joint forces of MKCDF under PDF - Magway District Battalion-2, Nga Pyae Ma Pyauk Kyar Tatphwe: Climbing Perch Guerrilla Force, and People's Defense Force - Taungdwingyi fired five rounds of 107 mm rocket-propelled-grenades against Myanmar military airbase at around 1 am. Four grenades directly hit gas storage. Casualties unknown.
