A child is killed, at least seven people are wounded as a result of Russian cluster shelling of Kostyantynivka

The Russians hit families resting near a pond. A 10-year-old boy was killed as a result of the injuries. Four more children were wounded. Police paramedics evacuated the victims to hospital.
