On 12 July 2023, Russian forces launched air strikes and shelled Ukrainian positions near Torske, Donetsk region. According to Russian sources, on that day, up to 90 Ukrainian soldiers were killed near Torske, Karmazynivka, Kreminna, Kuzmine and Dibrova (90 fatalities split across 5 locations and coded as 18).
