On July 25 2019, at least 15 civilians, including 5 women and 1 child, were killed and 36 were wounded by an IS-claimed suicide bomber and 1 magnetic bomb attached to a bus in the Marcorayan-e-Kohna area of Kabul city. The magnetic bomb exploded and 1 bomber on a motorbike blew himself in front of a bus carrying Ministry of Mines and Petroleum employees. 16 total fatalities coded to include the bomber. SVBIED
