Nine Army soldiers, five terrorists and one civilian were killed during clash when terrorists attacked the Zhob garrison in Zhob town (Zhob District) of Balochistan on July 12, reports Dawn. “Initial attempt of terrorists to sneak into the facility was checked by soldiers on duty,” the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said, adding that the terrorists were soon after cornered in a small area near the boundary following a heavy exchange of fire. Zhob District Commissioner (DC) Azeem Kakar said that a woman civilian was killed after being caught in the crossfire while five other civilians were left injured.
