On July 15, Assam Rifles in a joint operation with Assam Police arrested one person, identified as Prosonjit Baishnab (24), and recovered a total of 400 gelatine sticks and 400 detonators from Cachar District in Assam, reports India TodayNE. Reports stated that the explosives were being taken to Manipur.
