On 9 July 2023, in Nar Hpai village of Kutkai township (Muse district, Shan-North state), heavy artillery shells fired by the Myanmar military troops LIB-123 landed in the village and injured a female civilian at around 7 pm. Democratic Voice of Burma reported that the heavy weapons fired by the Myanmar military troops LIB-123 landed on a house and injured a 19-year-old woman and a 9-year-old girl.
