On 4 July 2023, in Hlaingtharya township (Yangon-North district, Yangon region), a combined force of the Anonymous Fighter Force, the Freeland Attack Force, the Phoenix Urban Guerrilla, the Emerald Girls Army and the Rangoon Urban Force attacked the Hlaingtharya (East) police station with bombs between 8 pm and 12 am. At least three military soldiers were injured in two separate attacks targeting both the police station and the military checkpoint in Thanlyin township (which was coded separately).
