On 3 July 2023, in Paungde town (Paungde township, Pyay district, Bago-West region), the Paungde PDF (PaKaPha) attacked the military soldiers who came to the town entrance signboard to take down the banner with remote mines at around 8:15 pm. The banner stated, 'This is an event where the peacocks from across the entire country collectively stepped on the head of Min Aung Hlaing (SAC leader).' Casualties unknown.
