On 2 July 2023, near Let Htoke village (Nyaung-U township, Nyaung-U district, Mandalay region), a combined force of Arindhama People's Defense Force of the People's Defense Force - Nyaung-U District (B-5) and the Bagan Ogre Force attacked a military and Pyu Saw Htee joint checkpoint with two mines at around 2 pm. There were a fatality and 2 injuries on the military and Pyu Saw Htee side. Other source, Khit Thit media, reported that the event occurred at around 9 am.
