On 24 June 2023, near Shar Taw village of Wetlet township (Shwebo district, Sagaing region), a combined force of the Black Wolf PDF, the Who Am I People Defense Force and the Forest Fighter carried out a drone attack on a column of around 70 military soldiers from the LIB 364 who were returning after raiding villages at about 11 am. Myanmar Pressphoto Agency reported that about five military soldiers were killed.
