On June 19, Assam Rifles personnel seized a 51mm mortar from a vehicle that was coming from Thoubal towards Imphal in Thoubal District in Manipur, reports India Today NE. Four persons, identified as Haorongbam Ranjit, Ngangom Shanta Meitei, Abujam Naoba and Mutum Robindra, were arrested in connection with the recovery.
