On 22 June 2023, in Ka Mar Wet village of Mudon township (Mawlamyine district, Mon state), two unidentified armed men on a motorbike carried out a grenade's attack against a security outpost of pro-military people's militia at around 3 pm. A member of people's militia died and another one was injured. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
