Around 15:00 on June 18, the occupiers struck the village of Lyptsi. According to preliminary data, from a mortar. A 35-year-old local resident was injured. Houses and cars were damaged, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office posted on Telegram. It is noted that under the procedural leadership of the Derhachi and Kupyansk district prosecutors' offices of Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations have been launched into the violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation data, the Russian military shelled Kupyansk during the day. Damage to private houses, outbuildings, and cars was recorded. Investigative and prosecutorial groups documented the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
