On 16 June 2020, Turkish Military forces conducted airstrikes hitting the heights of Baraskan in the village of Alana (Kurdish names) near Haji Omaran (Hajj Umran) town of Erbil province, Northern Iraq, as part of Operation Claw-Eagle. No casualties occurred during the airstrikes.
