On 23 May 2020, Turkish Army Forces carried out airstrikes in Haftanin, Zap (Amadiya) and Gara (Chiya-e Gara) regions of Dahuk and Hakurk (Wadi Khakurik) region of Erbil, Northern Iraq, during which total of 13 PKK militants were killed or injured according to Turkish sources. One event for each location (total 4 events) have been coded. HPG confirmed the attack but reported that there were no fatalities.
