On April 7, a Rohingya identified as Arif Hossain alias Naigya was arrested in a raid conducted by The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) – 15 in Baharchara area of Cox's Bazar District for supplying arms to Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA). Commanding officer Saiful Islam Sumon said that three one-barrel pistols, one three-barrel pistol, five rounds of live ammunition, one mobile phone and some cash were seized from his possession, reports Dhaka Tribune.
