A 37-year-old woman was shot and killed with a firearm by her 43-year-old brother-in-law at her house under unclear circumstances. The perpetrator later killed himself with the same firearm in the front house yard. The police suspect that a third person was involved because the firearm was not found near the perpetrator's body, making the victim's father the prime suspect.
