A serious explosion damaged no less than fifteen houses and left one person slightly injured in Antwerp on Saturday night, according to the local police. The explosion took place around 3 a.m. in the vicinity of Franklin Roosevelt Square. One person was slightly injured due to shards of glass. At least 15 houses in four streets were damaged, but the damage was mainly glass. The residence that is suspected to have been the target of the explosion is more heavily damaged. Five vehicles were also damaged. The fire brigade was on the scene and a large security perimeter was set up.
