A Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) cadre, identified as Mangra Manjhi, was arrested from Chandankurwa under the Nimiaghat Police Station area in Giridih District of Jharkhand on March 21, reports livehindustan.com. The Police had been looking for Manjhi for ten years. He was involved in blowing up the under-construction residence of Maoist ‘area commander’ Praveel alias Phoolchand Manjhi with landmines at Jamunia village in Uparghat area under Penk-Narayanpur Police Station limits in Bokaro District on March 22, 2013. Following the arrest, Manjhi was sent to Tenughat Jail.
