On March 16, a woman, identified as Raies Rahila, was kidnapped, severely beaten and then shot dead by some unidentified gunmen in Qala-e-Naw District of Badghis Province, reports Hasht-e-Subh.She was an employee of the Department of Martyrs and Disabled in the Province during the previous government.
