The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov reported that the troops of the Russian Federation shelled at least 13 settlements of the Kharkiv region (east of Ukraine) with artillery on March 18, 2023, a civilian was injured by Russian fire. Kupyansk, Dvorichna, Vovchansk, Veterynarne, Hryanivikka, etc. were under Russian fire.
