A new bomb threat was reported this Tuesday morning in the Albert-Camus high school in Rillieux-la-Pape. At the stroke of 7am, the headmaster received a new threatening email. The third in two months for this high school located north of Lyon. As a result, a security perimeter was set up around the school and the staff and students already present were evacuated. The management also contacted the students to advise them not to come to class this morning. Bomb disposal experts were quickly sent to the site to secure the school. A procedure that may take some time. During the two previous alerts, the school reopened at midday. At the beginning of January an investigation was opened by the cybercrime section of the Paris public prosecutor's office after threatening emails were sent to several high schools in France: in Lille, Grenoble, Versailles, in the Oise region and in Crteil. In all, around twenty schools were targeted by these bomb threats.
