On 14 March 2023, Russian forces shelled near Hrianykivka, Kharkiv, with artillery. As a result of the shelling, 2 civilians were injured. Russia claims that the Ukrainian losses in this direction included an armored fighting vehicle, three pickup trucks, two cars, a Gvozdika self-propelled artillery piece, a D-20 howitzer, and a Krab self-propelled howitzer made in Poland. Russia claims that more than 70 Ukrainian soldiers were killed in Hrianykivka, Tymkivka and Stepova Novoselivka. (70 fatalities split across three events, 24 fatalities coded in this event)
