On 15 March 2023, Russian forces launched a rocket strike at Ukrainian positions near Komyshivka, Donetsk region. Russian sources claim to have destroyed a Ukrainian command point of the 59-th motorized infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Casualties unknown. According to Donetsk military and civilian administration, a civilian house in Komyshivka was damaged.
