On March 12, 15 militants from Eastern Naga National Government (ENNG), surrendered before Chief Minister, Pema Khandu, in Itanagar town in Papum Pare District of Arunachal Pradesh, reports The Arunachal Times. The surrendered cadres, including the ÔpresidentÕ of ENNG, Tosha Mossang, were active in three insurgency hit eastern Districts of Arunachal Pradesh - Tirap, Changlang, and Longding. Nine Chinese-made MQ series weapons, two AK-47 rifles, one Chinese-made pistol, 19 magazines, 415 rounds of 7.62 mm ammunition, five rounds of 9 mm pistol, four Chinese grenades, one under-barrel launcher with fins, and six walker-talkies were given up by the surrendered insurgents.
