A man was arrested in KabulÕs capital city of Afghanistan with six magnetic Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), according to the Ministry of National Defense on Monday. The Ministry said that the apprehended capture was made possible based on the intelligence gathered by the 313 Central Corps of the defence ministry.
