On 16 March 2023, near Ta Ohn village (Shwebo township, Shwebo district, Sagaing region), a combined force of the Black Wolf PDF and the Who Am I People Defense Force attacked a column of about 30 military soldiers who were returning after lying in ambush in the Shwebo town with mines and bombs attached to a drone at 8:30 am. A military soldier was killed, and two others were injured.
