On 4 March 2023, Russian forces carried out airstrikes and fired artillery at Ukrainian positions near Hrianykivka, Kharkiv. Up to 40 Ukrainian servicemen were killed near Hrianykivka and Masyutivka (fatalities split between 2 events and coded as 20 in this event).
