Rocket event in Donetsk Oblast, Kramatorsk area, Ukraine on Wed 15th March 2023

During the day, 17 settlements were under fire. The Russian army killed and injured civilians. Russian troops fired shells at the cities of Kramatorsk, Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Kurakhove, Chasiv Yar, Kostyantynivka, Velyka Novosilka, villages of Dachne, Vremivka, Orlivka, Severne, Prechistivka, Oleksandro-Shultine, Zvanivka, Kolodyazi, Khromove, and Ivanivske. The occupiers fired from aircraft, missile systems, S-300, Grad, Uragan, artillery, and mortars. Forty-six civilian objects were destroyed or damaged, including 36 residential buildings, a business, a kindergarten, a bank, a museum, an administration building, a transformer, a garage, and cars. Russia conducted ten air strikes in Avdiivka. An S-300 missile was fired at the village of Dachne, damaging an enterprise. In both cases, no casualties were reported. The enemy shelled Kurakhove with Uragan systems. Five apartment blocks and five private houses were destroyed. "Velyka Novosilka was shelled by Grad. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties. Russian troops fired an X-58 missile at Kramatorsk, hitting 15 apartment buildings, social infrastructure facilities, and cars. One person was killed and 9 others sustained injuries of varying severity. Civilians in Zvanivka, Chasovyi Yar, Kolodyazh, Prechistivka and Kostyantynivka were wounded by artillery shelling. Police and the Security Service of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. With the help of the police, 160 more people were evacuated, bringing the total number of people evacuated since the start of the mandatory evacuation to over 50,520, including 6,764 children and 2,430 people with disabilities.
