Terrorist state strikes at civilians in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region A 3-storey apartment building was partially destroyed. The State Emergency Service rescued 3 people. Unfortunately, one person died in an ambulance. https://t.me/dsns_telegram/14695 Fenix Insight: Initially reported to be a rocket attack, so presumed rocket artillery usage. As there is no munition visible in the initial source images, a conclusive identification cannot be made. However the damage seen suggests something relatively large, so possibly a 220 mm unitary warhead equipped artillery rocket, or a completely different munition. A later report states the munition used was a Kh-58 series anti-radiation missile (ARM), which detonated in the air near the building. It is not clear why this class of missile struck a residential building, which would not normally have any sort of radar emitter present on it, or within it. As such the Kh-58 missile may have failed, or the stated missile may be incorrect.
