Missile event in Donetsk Oblast, Maksymilianivka area, Ukraine on Sat 11th March 2023

Killed people, more than 70 destructions in a day - Donetsk police document the consequences of Russian strikes. Russians carried out 49 attacks in 19 settlements. Most of the shells were fired at the residential sector, there are dead and wounded. The Russian army shelled the towns of Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Kostyantynivka, Chasiv Yar, Kurakhove, Sloviansk, Ocheretyno, the villages of Bohoyavlenka, Vremivka, Karlivka, Lastochkino, Kalynivka, Maksymilianivka, Krasnohorivka, Molocharka, Rozkishne, Severne, Tonenke, Khromove. The enemy attacked with aircraft, S-300, Grad and Uragan MLRS, artillery and mortars. 70 civilian objects were destroyed and damaged, including 43 residential buildings, a factory, a monument, a gas pipe, a power line, an outbuilding, a garage, and cars. Avdiivka withstood seven air strikes, Grad and artillery attacks. The plant's buildings were damaged, and no casualties were reported. The Russian proxies shelled Kurakhove with Grad rockets, hitting 7 apartment buildings and cars. According to preliminary information, no people were injured. The enemy fired Uragan and S-300 missiles at Kostyantynivka. Twenty-seven private houses, one apartment building, 13 cars and infrastructure facilities were destroyed. There are civilians injured. As a result of the hostile attacks, we have a death toll in Krasnohorivka, as well as wounded in Maksymilianivka, Bakhmut and Molocharka. The police and the SBU opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. With the help of the police, 571 more people were evacuated, bringing the total number of people evacuated since the start of the mandatory evacuation to over 49,850, including 6,616 children and 2,410 people with disabilities.
