Authorities seized two suspected improvised explosive devices (IEDs) inside liquor bottles at a house in Gandara, Samar Saturday, February 25, 2023. Through a search warrant for alleged violation of Republic Act 9516, or the Illegal Possession of Explosive, police conducted search and seizure operation at the house of the suspect, identified as Darwin Maasin in Purok 4 of Barangay Napalisan, Gandara around 4:30 a. m. Saturday.
