On February 26, one person identified as Vikash Kumar from Bihar was injured in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast at the residence of Nandeibam Ingocha located at Thangmeiband Meisnam Leikai (locality) in Imphal West District of Manipur, reports The Sangai Express. The impact of the blast also damaged the colored roofing sheet of the gate and a car parked nearby.
