Tinsukia Police in a joint operation with the Special Task Force (STF) of Arunachal Police arrested three militants of Eastern Naga National Government (ENNG), identified as Aehon Ngodam, Awany Ngodam and Hongam Ngodam from SKF point area at Tinsukia town in Tinsukia District of Assam on February 24, reports India Today NE. A .32 pistol with ammunition and two magazines were recovered from the arrested militant. Earlier, SATP had reported that Arunachal Police had destroyed a camp of ENNG situated in Changlang District of Arunachal Pradesh, on February 23 in which a sizeable cache of arms and ammunition were recovered.
