On February 18, three Over Ground Workers (OGWs) of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen (HM), identified as Mohammad Abass Wagay, Gowhar Shafi Mir and Nisar Rehman Sheikh were arrested from Kulgam District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), reports Daily Excelsior. One pistol, two magazines and 13 live rounds were recovered from their possession.
