Serhiy Kruk: "The enemy continues its terror. On the night of February 27, Russians attacked Khmelnytsky region once again. As a result of the attack on the regional center, a rescuer of the State Emergency Service was killed while eliminating the consequences of the shelling, and four others were injured. Our sincere condolences to the families!"
