DONETSK, February 19. /TASS/. One civilian was killed and eleven more were wounded in central Donetsk as a result of shelling by Ukrainian troops, the territorial defense headquarters of the Donetsk PeopleÕs Republic (DPR) said on Sunday. "As a result of shelling by Ukrainian troops, the number of those wounded in DonetskÕs Voroshilovsky district has climbed to 11. One more civilian died," it wrote on its Telegram channel. Ukrainian troops launched a massive attack on the Donetsk city center on Sunday afternoon.
