On 11 February 2023, in Pekon town of Pekon township (Taunggyi district, Shan-South state), joint forces of the People's Defense Force - Pekon and Battalion 1107 - Central Special Operation Force carried out rocket propelled grenade (RPG) attack against the Myanmar military troops LID-3336 based in Pekon town. One RPG landed inside the military camp and another one laned inside EPC office compound. Casualties unknown.
