On 14 February 2023, in Nam Hpat Kar village (Kutkai township, Muse district, Shan-North state), during the fight between the KIA and the military in Kawng Hsat village, the military (LIB-123) stationed in the No.2 ward fired six artillery rounds at around 9 pm, hitting and injuring two locals.
