On 15 February 2023, an IED planted by Al Shabaab detonated, targeting in a teashop frequently visited by Puntland soldiers, at Ali Mashaqayste near Halwa Boqolsoon area in Bosaso town (Bossaso, Bari). At least four people were killed. [1 civilian, 3 off duty soldiers]. Ten others were injured.
