On February 10, Punjab Police arrested an associate of Canada-based terrorist Lakhbir Singh alias Landa, identified as Vijay Kumar alias Toti and his three aides, namely, Amardeep Singh alias Patwari, Sooraj Singh and Rahul Lahoch, from Jalandhar District in Punjab and recovered four pistols including two .32 bore country-made pistols along with 10 live cartridges, one 9 mm country-made pistol along with two live cartridges and one .12 bore country made pistol along with one live cartridge from their possession, reports Tribune India. Police stated that, the main accused Vijay alias Toti has been facing 18 criminal cases pertaining to narcotics, illegal weapons, kidnapping and extortion.
