One witness said a 100 metre cordon is currently in place An area of Exeter Quay is cordoned off after reports a 'bomb' has been found in the water. A local witness says there is a 100 metre cordon in place. It's understood that Devon Water Raiders made the discovery in Exeter Quay earlier today. Devon and Cornwall Police are on the scene.
