One witness said a 100 metre cordon is currently in place An area of Exeter Quay is cordoned off after reports a 'bomb' has been found in the water. A local witness says there is a 100 metre cordon in place. It's understood that Devon Water Raiders made the discovery in Exeter Quay earlier today. Devon and Cornwall Police are on the scene. We will be bringing you updates in our live blog below as we get them. It is understood that an EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) unit is on the way.
