On 14 February 2023, Russian forces shelled near Stelmakhivka, Luhansk, with tanks, mortars and artillery. Russia claims that the Ukrainian losses in this direction included an infantry fighting vehicle, two armored fighting vehicles, three vehicles, two Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers and a Grad MLRS unit. Russia claims that more than 65 Ukrainian soldiers were killed in Yampolivka, Dibrova and Stelmakhivka. (65 fatalities split across three events and coded as 22.)
