On 8 February 2023, near Htein Pan village (Myingyan township, Myingyan district, Mandalay region), the Red Dragon Guerrilla Force - Myingyan carried out mine attacks against a light truck carrying 12 Myanmar police, who were traveling from Koke Ke police station to Myingyan town, with 15 mines at around 1 pm. The group claimed that all 12 police were killed.
