On 8 February 2023, in Myaing township (Pakokku district, Magway region), a combined force of the Myaing PDF (PaKaPha), the Set Kyar Defense Force, the Mone Taing People's Defense Force and the Myaing Underground Defense Force carried out mine attacks against a Myanmar military convoy of five logistics vehicles, which stopped overnight in Wet Poke village, with six mines at around 8:30 am. The first vehicle carrying around 20 soldiers was hit by mines, and at least 13 of them were injured.
