On 30 January 2023, between Wan Pyayt and Ahr Lar Kat Pa villages (coded as Ahr Lar Kat Pa) (Myinmu township, Sagaing district, Sagaing region), a combined force of the People's Knight Defense Force - Myinmu, the People's Army to Fight Dictatorship, the Dog Killers Defence Force Myinmu, the Taungtha PDF and the Doe Be Brothers Force carried out mine attacks against a Myanmar military vehicle carrying around 20 soldiers, who were traveling from Sagaing to Boe Min Gyi Kin, with four cluster mines at around 5:10 am. Khit Thit Media reported that at least six military soldiers were killed. The group attacked two Myanmar military vehicles traveling from Sagaing to Monywa with six cluster mines again at around 10:57 am.
