On 31 January 2023, in Sa Par Twin village of Ayadaw township (Monywa district, Sagaing region), joint forces of Middle Revolution Technical Front (MRTF), IBEX Guerrilla Force, People's Defense Force - Monywa District (Battalion-21 Unit-2), Ngwe Dwin Revolution Force, and PDF - Wetlet township Battalion-1 carried out drones strikes against the Myanmar military troops and Pyu Saw Htee. Five military soldiers and Pyu Saw Htee members died in the attack. Fatilities split across two locations (Tha Le Bar and Sa Par Twin), coded as 3 for this event.
